Return Process

  Contact our client services team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and include all diamond grading certificates or valuation reports to avoid a replacement fee.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
